I will go ahead and make this review pretty damn short and fast, because this film, is quite simply put, horrible, I’m giving it the lowest grade I give and I will condemn it as one of the worst of the decade for sure, and only six months of the decade have gone by. Seriously, the film cannot be saved, the star, Brendan Fraser, is a good sport, we’ve seen him be a good sport as of late, and most of the times the results have been decent and he’s made good money at the box office, but even with either of the stars that were originally to tackle the Fraser role, which were Steve Carell and Jeremy Piven, this film couldn’t have survived, so yeah, that this film sucks is no reflection on Fraser, but the fact that Carell and Piven had the good sense to pass on it maybe does say something about him, but then again, maybe he just didn’t know how bad this film was going to turn out to be.

This one is, to me, so far, the worst film I have seen all year, and it will be a tough one to beat. The acting is horrible, the special effects are crap, the story is one that cannot be extended for an hour and a half like it was in here, and every single gag, joke and plotline not only is something we have seen in countless other films, but is something that is seen more than once in this very same one, the same joke and gag over and over it gets seriously dumb. This is the bad Doctor Doolittle, this is the film that made Ken Jeong suck for fuck’s sake, I mean, it made SEÑOR CHANG suck, how bad does a movie have to be to achieve that? The movie doesn’t have a good second in it, the movie that made Fraser go from a reliable guy to the leading man in one seriously disastrous film, the movie will hopefully be eliminated from my memory once this review is done with.
